Steven Gelerman has 15 years of experience in management, marketing strategy, cost analysis, and product and business development. As Founder and President of Ian’s Natural Foods, Steven helped pioneer the children’s health food industry. To grow a $5000 investment into an $8 million business, Steven researched needs in the marketplace, led the development of new products, and grew sales by sweeping marketing efforts across the United States, one territory at a time, and into Canada. To improve production efficiency, he participated in every facet of the growth process, including scheduling, cost analysis, line set up, equipment research, purchase and implementation, and time studies. With a workforce expansion from three to over 30, Steven’s leadership and team building philosophy created a company that reached successful sale within just 28 months. Steven has prior professional experience as President of Five Star Foods. He earned a BS in Economics at Syracuse University.
