Investing in Underserved Markets featured 17 early-stage businesses that address major social and environmental problems. The presenting companies highlighted women and minority entrepreneurs and community-based businesses that are traditionally underserved by the venture capital industry.
Investors’ Circle is the meeting place for angel investors, professional venture capitalists, philanthropic investors, and entrepreneurs who are using private capital to promote the transition to a sustainable future. Since 1992, Investors’ Circle has facilitated the flow of over $95 million into 153 companies and small venture funds.
