Circle is partnering with Play BIG and Tides for a pre-conference
gathering at the Investors’ Circle Spring Conference in San Francisco.
Play BIG was founded by IC member and Tides partner Carol Newell with
Marian Moore to encourage those with great financial capacity to Play
as BIG as that capacity allows and to make bold decisions now to
protect the well-being of the planet and its inhabitants for future
generations. We know from experience the power of people gathered with

Monday will also include our Members Only events. The afternoon will feature a special meeting for new members; in the evening, we are pleased to host a conversation with Slow Food Founder & President, Carlo Petrini, and an exclusive reception. For more information on membership, please click here.
TUESDAY, MAY 6: VENTURE FAIR (Accredited Investors Only)
Presentations by 20 early-stage for-profit companies and small funds working to solve social and environmental problems in the following areas: energy and environment, food and organics, media, health and wellness, education and community and international development.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 7: EDUCATION DAY
A space for people to come together to share the latest thinking about for-profit social entrepreneurship and contribute ideas. Take advantage of valuable networking time during breaks and meals. The morning will feature our Plenary Panel: Is Organic the Next Clean Tech?, a discussion on the investment opportunities of organic food. We are also pleased to welcome keynote speaker, Winona LaDuke of the White Earth Land Recovery Project. In the afternoon, a series of breakout sessions will discuss the newest ideas on socially responsible investing and social entrepreneurship.
