2006 Sundance Members Retreat
January 24th-26th | Sundance Village, UT
Investors' Circle Members joined the IC board and staff for a two day retreat in beautiful Sundance Village. This year's retreat offered both structured and unstructured networking in addition to a few presentations, including a screening of Chuck Lacy's film The War Tapes. Members discussed the possibility of an angel collaborative, tentatively titled The Blue Dot Fund, as well as considered a fund dedicated to building sustainable food systems. Activities also included downhill and cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, the spa and of course the Sundance Film Festival.
As
our national conference and network grow, and as our foundation
projects gather steam, these opportunities for direct, member-to-member
sharing have become integral to our program.
