2006 Fall Conference & Venture Fair
November 5-7 | The Boston Harbor Hotel | Boston, MA
This event gathered 350 angel investors, professional venture capitalists, philanthropic investors and entrepreneurs who are using private capital to promote the transition to a sustainable future. November 6 featured a venture fair with 22 presenting early-stage for-profit companies working to solve social and environmental problems. There is already over $1 million in capital committed to the presenting companies with much more investment expected. November 7 featured speakers and workshops on the state of double bottom line investing and enterprise creation in: energy & environment, food & organics, education & media, health & wellness, mission-related investing and community & international development. Keynote speakers Ambassador Carol Moseley Braun & Van Jones were phenomenal!
