Location: The event was held at the Charles Hotel in Harvard Square, Cambridge, MA

Environmental Initiatives: The IC staff is worked diligently on greening this year's conference. For example, we used the CERES Green Hotel Initiative to encourage The Charles Hotel's environmental efforts; as always, we worked to source our food from local organic farmers or fair trade suppliers; and we used products from companies that have come through our network.

We also partnered with JOURNEY'S - A BETTER WORLD TRAVEL to offer discounted air fare to conference attendees. Better World offers a distinctive program to fight greenhouse warming. Its Carbon Offset, "Travel Cool" program is certified by the Climate Neutral Network.
