Our Virtual Venture Fair series continues to attract high-caliber entrepreneurs, as well as numerous investors dedicated to making impact investments. Each of the four companies is combating problems associated with children's health and wellness, and offering unique solutions to problems in places such as West Oakland and Africa. A few of the companies aim to increase the average consumer's selection of healthy snack alternatives, while another offers an innovative, proven way to get kids moving. This event featured a rich array of questions and answers, and a recording can be made available (for a limited time) to accredited investors who might be interested in learning more.

Our recent Virtual Venture Fair was an overwhelming success. We had over 20 investors on the call, representing our usual mixture of angels, VC funds, and philanthropists. We also had half a dozen entrepreneurs who participated, dialing in from as far away as India and Australia. Together, their unique products and services aim to benefit base of the pyramid populations in sub-Saharan Africa, rural India, and other emerging markets around the globe.

Our recent Virtual Venture Fair -- the fifth such event that we've produced -- once again featured over 20 accredited investors, who watched five presentations from our most popular entrepreneurs. The event was a huge success, because it allowed us to quickly and easily present five deals to a diverse audience, and to attract additional investors to our existing due diligence groups. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to catalyze capital and facilitate investment into the most exciting social enterprises.
