Investors’ Circle Philadelphia works with for-profit companies that create solutions to large unmet social and environmental needs. We believe there are tremendous opportunities to develop scalable businesses that generate profit while making a significant impact to our society’s needs. From this effort, our network intends to emphasize investments in the following areas: Education and Media, Energy and Environment, Health and Wellness, Community Development, Social Finance, and Food and Organics.
How do I apply?
Review our screening criteria to make sure your company is a fit:
- Early-stage, scalable businesses that generate profit and make a positive social/environmental impact
- Businesses that require funding of $100,000-$200,000 to reach the next level
- Ventures in the following areas: education and media, energy and environment, health and wellness, community development, social finance, and food and organics
Like Investors' Circle, Investors’ Circle Philadelphia uses AngelSoft to manage our application submission process. Click here to begin the application process. You will be asked to answer a few questions about your company and will have the opportunity to upload key company documents.
The application process is free. Please fill out the application completely before submitting. If you have questions regarding this process please contact philly@investorscircle.net.
What Happens After I Submit?
An initial review will determine if your company fits our screening criteria. If it does not, you will be notified.
If your company does meet the screening criteria, your summary will be included in our monthly screening committee review. If there is sufficient interest, your company will be asked to present at the next Investors’ Circle Philadelphia meeting (meetings take place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month).
Your company may also be asked to answer follow-up questions or provide investors with additional materials before this presentation.
