Woody Tasch
Investors' Circle & IC Foundation Boards Prior to his role as Chairman of Investors' Circle, Woody Tasch served as the Treasurer of the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation, an environmental grant maker that has pioneered strategies for integrating philanthropic mission and asset management. He currently manages the foundation's venture capital portfolio. He was founding Chair of the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance and the Nantucket Sustainable Development Corporation.

| Cathy Berry IC Foundation Cathy is an angel investor and Managing Director of Baldwin Investment Management and Family Office. She was a stock broker for 15 years, having completed training with Drexel Burnham Lambert and then moving to Prudential Securities. Cathy is a family member and financial advisor of the Sandy River Charitable Foundation. A founding investor in Farmers Diner, Cathy is particularly interested in rural sustainability and organic food. She is hoping to be a part of a group of IC members launching a "Slow Money" Fund. |

| John Biebel Investors' Circle John is Director of Client Management for Calibre Advisory Services. He specializes in multiple bottom line/SRI investing for Calibre's Boston office. He coordinates the investment, philanthropic, income tax, and estate planning functions for several multi-generational families. John's clients have invested in numerous SRI portfolio managers, mutual funds, national and international community investment opportunities, and direct investments. |

| Cathy Clark Investors' Circle Cathy serves as Director of Columbia Business School's Research Initiative on Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), and as faculty advisor to the National Social Venture Competition. In April 2000, she founded a social venture fund and foundation as part of Flatiron Partners, an affiliate of JP Morgan Partners. Previously, she was Vice President of The Markle Foundation in NY, and explored national telecommunications policies at the Aspen Institute in Washington, DC. |

Jay Coen Gilbert
IC Foundation Jay Coen Gilbert co-founded AND 1, a $200 million basketball footwear and apparel company. Jay grew up in New York City before heading west to Stanford University. Graduating with a degreen in East Asian Studies in 1989, Jay is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He has been a mentor for 7 years and is a current Board member of the Philadelphia chapter of KIPP, a national public charter middle school, and City Year, a leading Americorps program. Jay and his wife Randi live in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with their son, Dexter, and daughter, Ridley.

Mark Finser
IC Foundation Mark A. Finser is Chair of the Board of RSF Social Finance (www.rsfsocialfinance.org). RSF provides innovative investing, lending, and philanthropic services to catalyze the growth of organizations creating a more sustainable future. Mark grew RSF's assets from $6,000 in 1984 to $120 million today. Mark brings communities of philanthropists and socially-responsible investors together to further RSF's mission: to transform the way we work with money. As he travels in the U.S. and internationally, Mark speaks on all aspects of the emerging social finance arena. In addition, Mark leads TBL Capital (www.tblcapital.com) a sustainable venture fund he founded in 2007. Mark's interests include biodynamic agriculture, integrative medicine, and meditation.

| Dominic Kulik Investors' Circle Dominic, CEO of the private consulting firm, Dakai Enterprises, has spent 16 years involved with early-stage, private equity ventures, focusing primarily on starting and managing portfolio companies in the media, consumer product and education industry segments. He was a Senior Associate for Blue Dot Venture Fund in 1999, and has serves as a Director for Investors' Circle since then. From 1992-1997, Dominic also served as Director for Business for Social Responsibility. |
