| Dominic Kulik, Board Chair Dominic is founding Principal of Dakai Enterprises, an investment and management firm focused on early-stage sustainability markets, including media & education, consumer products, healthcare, and, most centrally now, clean-tech segments. After 23 years in this market, he now directly manages a small portfolio of sustainable water ventures, and, indirectly, larger-scale private equity investments. He was a Senior Associate of the Blue Dot Venture Fund in 1999, and has been a Director of Investors’ Circle since that time. He also served from 1992 – 1997 as Director of Business for Social Responsibility, helping grow that trade group from its inception. He holds a BA from Williams College and a MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School. |

| Cathy Clark Cathy serves as Director of Columbia Business School's Research Initiative on Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), and as faculty advisor to the National Social Venture Competition. In April 2000, she founded a social venture fund and foundation as part of Flatiron Partners, an affiliate of JP Morgan Partners. Previously, she was Vice President of The Markle Foundation in NY, and explored national telecommunications policies at the Aspen Institute in Washington, DC. |

Jay Coen Gilbert
Jay Coen Gilbert co-founded AND 1, a $200 million basketball footwear and apparel company. Jay grew up in New York City before heading west to Stanford University. Graduating with a degreen in East Asian Studies in 1989, Jay is a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He has been a mentor for 7 years and is a current Board member of the Philadelphia chapter of KIPP, a national public charter middle school, and City Year, a leading Americorps program. Jay and his wife Randi live in Berwyn, Pennsylvania with their son, Dexter, and daughter, Ridley.

Mark Finser
Mark A. Finser has 25 years of experience in the growing field of social finance as a pioneering entrepreneur, capital provider, and thought leader. As a Founder, past CEO, and current Board Chair of RSF Social Finance, Mr. Finser built the organization from a start-up to a $120 million leader in values-based lending and investment. He also leads TBL Capital, a $50 million sustainable venture fund he founded in 2007. Mr. Finser holds leadership positions on several boards in the social venture field - he is Founding Member and Chair of New Resource Bank, a green community bank based in San Francisco, and holds key leadership positions on several private foundation Boards. He was also a Founding Board Member of B Corp, an organization dedicated to advocating on behalf of socially responsible companies. As he travels in the U.S. and internationally, Mark speaks on all aspects of the emerging social finance area. Mark's interests include biodynamic agriculture, integrative medicine, and meditation.

| John Fullerton John Fullerton is the recently retired CEO of Alerian Capital Management, an investment firm that invests in midstream energy MLPs with a macro hedge overlay. Mr. Fullerton is an active private investor around the sustainability theme, and is passionate about the challenge of sustainable economies. |

Ken Merritt Ken is the Managing Director of Merritt & Merritt & Moulton, a law firm focused on the representation of emerging growth companies and individual and institutional investors. He is the founder and President of the Vermont Venture Network and Chair of the Vermont Investor's Forum. He is an active angel investor and, in addition to Investors' Circle, is a member of North Country Angels and Granite State Angels. |

| Patricia Dandonoli Pat has helped lead mission-driven organizations for over 25 years. Most recently, Pat launched and grew to scale the US affiliate of WaterAid, an international development organization devoted to providing safe drinking water and sanitation. Previously, she structured and directed the Sundance Institute's strategic financial and program development, where she helped create IC's Media & Education track in 2002. |

Matt Lombardi Matt currently serves as Co-Director for Investors' Circle, emphasizing on Operations, Finance, and Strategic Partnerships. Matt has been with Investors' Circle since 2004. Throughout his time at Investors’ Circle, Matt has overseen entrepreneur services, produced IC’s venture fairs, and has served as the liaison between the IC membership and its affiliate fund, the Patient Capital Collaborative. Cathy Berry Cathy is an angel investor and Managing Director of Baldwin Investment Management and Family Office. She was a stock broker for 15 years, having completed training with Drexel Burnham Lambert and then moving to Prudential Securities. Cathy is a family member and financial advisor of the Sandy River Charitable Foundation. A founding investor in Farmers Diner, Cathy is particularly interested in rural sustainability and organic food. She is hoping to be a part of a group of IC members launching a "Slow Money" Fund. |

| John Biebel John is Director of Client Management for Calibre Advisory Services. He specializes in multiple bottom line/SRI investing for Calibre's Boston office. He coordinates the investment, philanthropic, income tax, and estate planning functions for several multi-generational families. John's clients have invested in numerous SRI portfolio managers, mutual funds, national and international community investment opportunities, and direct investments. |
